Highway 10 Accident Smashes Vehicles, Causes Injuries

Two small trucks were involved in a brutal accident at the corner of Highway 10 and State Farm Road on Thursday just after 2 p.m.

Harvey Howard, 42, of Carbonville was driving his tan GMC Colorado on Highway 10, when his truck impacted a black Nissan Frontier driven by an unidentified female.

According to Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Don Barry, Howard was driving southbound on Highway 10, when the driver of the Nissan, who was headed northbound, turned into the path of Howard's vehicle.

Both drivers were transported to Castleview Hospital. A small child riding in the Nissan was also taken to the hospital.

Barry reported only minor injuries.

Howard was the lone passenger in his vehicle.

Both the unidentified female and Howard were transported to the hospital.
