The incident was at 525 Woodhill Rd, Price
Carbon County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to an alleged murder-suicide at 525 Woodhill Road, Price, at approximately 10:57 p.m. Sunday.
According to a Sheriff’s Department representative, deputies found 31-year-old Tate Jensen of Price with multiple, fatal, gunshot wounds.
Deputies also found 24-year-old Jacob Milchack of Price a short distance from the residence. Milchack suffered from what appeared to be a self-inflicted, fatal, gunshot wound.
Michack allegedly fired a shot through a window of the residence before entering and opening fire.
Investigators said evidence pointed toward an alleged murder-suicide, but no conclusions had been made as the investigation was ongoing.
A female was able to escape from the residence in question. The woman met with Sheriff’s Deputies in a parking area near the home.
Officials did not release the woman’s name.
